About Our Pies

So here's the thing. It's not just one thing.
For sure it's the veggies that we cut fresh daily. No doubt it's our pizza sauce that is made with just three ingredients, and the care we give to sourcing the best toppings.
All of that.
But what really makes our pies special is the magic that happens when we form our dough on a bed of cornmeal and then bake it on a 550° stone deck.
It creates a slightly sweet, kind of chewy crisp finish that you just can't get from a conveyor belt.
